EscapeKey LLC ("EscapeKey," "we," "us," or "our") provides advertising and promotional services. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information through escapekey.cloud, app.escapekey.cloud, and related services.
Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, requested service, property or listing reference, and message. Account holders also provide account, company, and contact details. Administrators may upload listing content and images.
Our systems record operational data such as timestamps, referral source, and session or security events. For advertising analytics, we may derive approximate city, region, and country from an IP address. We do not retain the raw visitor IP or browser user-agent in our inquiry or ad-click records; we retain a one-way visitor fingerprint for abuse prevention and aggregate measurement.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, provide and administer services, manage listings and accounts, measure campaign performance, prevent spam and misuse, maintain security, comply with law, and improve our websites and services.
Cookies and similar technology
The public site uses essential technology needed to operate the service. The application uses session, authentication, security, and preference cookies. We do not use inquiry data submitted through this site to sell personal information.
Service providers and disclosures
We may share information with service providers that support hosting, email, security, analytics, and website operations, subject to appropriate obligations. If IP geolocation is enabled, the visitor IP is sent over HTTPS to our configured geolocation provider to return approximate location; only the coarse result and one-way fingerprint are retained. Authenticated dashboards may request map tiles from OpenStreetMap or CARTO. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction.
Retention and security
We retain information only while it is reasonably needed for the purposes described above, contractual or recordkeeping needs, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it where practical. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed for the nature of the information, but no system is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you submitted, or object to certain uses, subject to applicable exceptions. You may also opt out of marketing email using the instructions in the message. We do not knowingly direct our services to children under 13.
